Q: Can I leave my estate to charity?

Many people leave gifts to charity through their Wills. It is important to consider competing claims on your estate, as to leave all your estate to a charity and none to your spouse or children leaves your Will open to challenge and can create heartache and expense for all concerned, including the charity!
