Christine is a Family Law Consultant to the firm, and is presently managing Kristi Foale’s practice while Kristi is on maternity leave. Christine was a Partner at Simmons Wolfhagen practising in Family Law from 1997 to 2008, and has been a Consultant to the firm on and off since that date. Prior to joining Simmons Wolfhagen as a Partner, she was a Partner with Brookman Tilley and Associates.
Christine’s practice includes:
- matrimonial property settlements;
- de facto property settlements;
- relationship law (including same-sex relationships);
- parenting orders; and
- divorce.
Christine is a member of the Law Society of Tasmania.
