Mark combines a background in commerce with a solid commercial legal practice, significant experience in property and commercial transactions in Tasmania.
He has experience in transactions involving a wide range of residential, commercial, industrial, rural and government properties. Mark advises on a variety of leasing, sale and acquisition, subdivision, strata title and property development transactions.
Mark has particular expertise in the gas industry in Tasmania, having provided advice for over six years on an extensive range of property and commercial matters in relation to the retail and distribution of gas.
Mark also practises corporate and commercial law in the areas of partnerships, joint ventures, franchising and advising on the legal aspects of the acquisition or divestment of Australian companies and businesses.
Outside working hours, Mark enjoys spending family time with his four children. He is a keen sportsman, enjoying world football, tennis and squash, a sport he plays competitively.
