Patrick joined Simmons Wolfhagen as an apprentice in 1995 and was admitted in 1996. He became a partner in October 2004.
Patrick practises in the commercial litigation area with a particular emphasis on securities enforcement and debt recovery, personal and corporate insolvency and commercial disputes. Patrick appears in the Supreme Court of Tasmania, the Federal and Federal Magistrates’ Courts and the Magistrates’ Court of Tasmania (Civil Division). Patrick’s general civil litigation practice also encompasses claims under the Testator’s Family Maintenance Act.
Patrick is a member of the Tasmanian Law Society and Chair of Plane Tree Studio Inc.
In his spare time Patrick enjoys spending time with his young family, road cycling and music.
