Property and Commercial Lawyer
We are seeking an experienced Property and Commercial Lawyer, with a particular focus on estate planning, to join our firm in either our Hobart or Kingston office. The firm’s reputation is one of excellence in achieving results and delivering strong client service at every level.
The Role:
You would be working in our highly successful and regarded commercial department on a varied mix of commercial matters including but not limited to:
- Wills and estate planning
- Property, conveyancing and subdivisions
- Leasing
- Business sales and purchases
Candidate Skills:
As an experienced Commercial Lawyer, you would possess:
- 2 plus years’ post qualification experience
- The ability to manage complex commercial files
- Client relationship abilities
- Time management skills
- Superior organisational skills with a proactive attitude and focus
- Exceptional attention to detail
