Hobart Interim Planning Scheme 2015

A new planning scheme has recently commenced in relation to the Hobart municipality (except Sullivans Cove): the Hobart Interim Planning Scheme 2015.  Any development applications made to Council before 20 May 2015 will be determined under the old planning schemes, and any development applications made on and from that date will be considered under the new planning scheme.

The Council is holding two community information sessions.  Any person may make a representation to the General Manager in relation to the Hobart Interim Planning Scheme prior to 13 July 2015.
