Amanda Zucker, Special Counsel, manages the Building and Construction team from our Launceston office. Amanda has significant experience advising and assisting clients on contractual and commercial matters in the Building & Construction and Infrastructure sectors, in both private practice and in-house.
Her work includes the provision of dispute resolution and avoidance advice on a wide range of projects including commercial and residential developments and projects in water, earth moving, energy and agriculture.
Amanda has an exceptional understanding of the key issues facing public and private sector owners and developers as well as principals, contractors, subcontractors, builders, operators and consultants. The issues she has been involved in have concerned a variety of matters, including defective works, delay and disruption, variation and extension of time claims as well as contract interpretation and performance.
During her time as a solicitor, she has practised extensively as a problem solver, strategist and litigator. Her approach is to ensure all matters are addressed and resolved quickly and efficiently and welcomes any questions you may have about the services we provide.
