Indi Gunadasa

Indi practices predominately in both Personal Injury and Employment Law for Employees and has acted for everyday people for a number of years, previously heading the Tasmanian office of a national personal injury and employment law practice prior to joining Simmons Wolfhagen Lawyers.

Indi also has an interest in defamation law and has acted for individuals in the past who have been defamed publicly and sought remedies in the Federal Court.

Indi utilises his expertise when appearing in the following Tribunals, Commissions and Courts:

• Tasmanian Civil & Administrative Tribunal (TASCAT);
• Fair Work Commission;
• Tasmanian Industrial Commission;
• Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia; and
• Federal Court.
