Mark is the Director of Simmons Wolfhagen commercial department which has built up an enviable reputation as one of the largest and well regarded commercial practices in Hobart and Tasmania.

With over 27 years’ experience, Mark acts for clients covering a wide range of commercial, contractual and transactional matters in key industries in Tasmania, including property, building & construction, healthcare, professional services, hospitality, energy and mining.

Mark’s clients include large and medium-sized corporates, private equity funds and small business owners.
