Sam Pratt

Sam is a Director in the Commercial department of Simmons Wolfhagen and is responsible for managing the Launceston office. Sam has more than 25 years experience as a Commercial Lawyer specialising in property matters.

Sam advises, negotiates and prepares documentation relating to:

(a) acquisition and disposal of commercial and farming properties;

(b) leasing of retail, office, industrial and commercial property;

(c) the sale and purchase of businesses; and

(d) subdivisions including strata titles.

Sam has also advised on some of the largest agribusiness transactions in Tasmania and has extensive experience in acting for a number of public and private companies and government clients.
