Is your conveyancing really a fixed fee?
Yes. Our clients benefit from our in-depth understanding of the local market and the 100+ years of our team’s collective conveyancing experience.
While this approach covers our conveyancing fees, all property sale/purchases also incur disbursements and government fees. These can include searches (council rates, land title & land tax), bank cheques, transfer/discharge registrations and stamp duty, which may vary depending on property type. How does conveyancing work?
Conveyancing is the process of transferring ownership of a legal title of land (property) from one person or entity to another. And typically involves three stages:
- before contract
- before completion
- after completion
