• General Commercial, Corporations, Property and Trust matters (including Granny Flat Agreements & Special Disability Trusts); and
• Estate Planning and Estate Administration.
Jack prides himself on being approachable and reliable and believes strongly in providing practical and effective advice in a timely manner. Jack holds a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Laws (with honours) and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice from the University of Tasmania and is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Tasmania and the High Court of Australia.
