Zoe practices within the personal injury team, specialising in workers compensation and motor vehicle accidents.

Zoe appreciates the difficulties that her clients experience in navigating the legal system. As such, she provides a free initial consultation to discuss clients matters and possible solutions.

A career highlight to date for Zoe is her successful decision in the case of Randstad Pty Ltd v DKL (2025) where the Tasmanian Civil and Administrative Tribunal found that injured workers are entitled to receive their paid parental leave at same time as their weekly payments of workers compensation.

In addition to her personal injury work, Zoe has participated in the Duty Lawyer Scheme, providing free legal advice to those appearing in Magistrates Court in a variety of criminal and civil matters.

Zoe graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2022 with a Bachelor of Laws and Psychological Science. Prior to her admission to the Supreme Court of Tasmania she worked as a Legal Clerk and volunteered at a variety of legal services including Worker Assist and the Tasmanian Refugee Legal Service.

  • Assisting family members of those who have passed away as a result of a negligent driver
